By “blending” different colored pieces of found paper, the artist gives the illusion of a painting, but with not one drop of paint. Every work of art is made up of hundreds of small pieces of paper, which emulate the careful brush strokes that a painter would use.
In a world where our landfills are growing every day, it is important that we strive to reuse and recycle whenever possible. The artist proudly sources almost 100% of the materials from secondhand sources.
